Data Duplication takes great pride in the fact that we provide at no cost to our customers a comprehensive telephone support service on all equipment supplied which we believe is second to none. This support is available between the hours of 09.00 and 17.30 weekdays. You will experience direct contact with our fully trained support staff that will assist you in every way possible to rectify any issues, and personally look after you from start to finish

Email support is always available and under normal circumstances we would provide a response within 24hrs.

All equipment we supply comes complete with 12 months return to base warranty as standard. About 4 weeks before the initial 12 months return to base warranty is due to expire; you will receive a letter giving you the opportunity to take out a further 12 months warranty. Depending upon where you are, you may have the option of an On-Site (within a 50 mile radius of our offices in Wendover) or return to base.

Equipment Returns - RMA Request Forms

If any of the equipment supplied by Data Duplication should develop a fault that requires the equipment to be returned for repair, during the warranty period, please contact our Technical Support staff either by telephone 01296 621121 or email techsupport@dataduplication.co.uk to arrange for an RMA form.

Consumables

Consumables for all our Data Duplication supplied equipment, such as power and data cables, inkjet cartridges and thermal ribbons are readily available and you should contact our sales staff for pricing. We also supply blank CD /DVD media and 3.5" Floppy disks.
