Specialist writeblocker manufacturer Tableau is the only company who make products for all three common drive interfaces IDE, Serial ATA and SCSI. In addition to the regular blockers we now have pocket size versions for IDE and S-ATA. All Tableau products connect to the host PC by USB 1 & 2 and FireWire A/B.
S-ATA

Available is the T15 FireWire800 to SATA Read/Write Bridge in yellow or black casing
T4 SCSI

The T4 Forensic SCSI Bridge is a write-blocker for use with SCSI (Small Computer Systems Interface) hard disks.
With throughput as high as 80MB/s, the Tableau T4 Forensic SCSI Bridge stands alone for computer forensic applications.
The T4 is compatible with SCSI devices through the fastest Ultra 320 hard disks currently on the market. The T4 will negotiate with the SCSI device to use the fastest available 16-bit or 8-bit SCSI transfer mode up to 80MB/s. And the T4 is compatible with both LVD (Low-Voltage Differential) and SE (Single-Ended) SCSI devices.
And with the T4, forget about jumpers. The T4 automatically scans the SCSI bus to find the SCSI device, so you don't need to worry about SCSI ID settings.
The Tableau T4 includes both FireWire800 and USB 2.0 host interfaces, offering maximum flexibility when connecting the T4 to the host computer. FireWire800 (1394B) offers the best performance, while retaining backwards compatibility with FireWire400 (1394A) systems. USB 2.0 offers increased flexibility by supporting computers which don't have FireWire, but do have a USB 2.0 or USB 1.1 interface.
T8 - Forensic USB Bridge

Tableau's new T8-R2 Forensic USB Bridge offers best-in-class performance for secure, hardware-based write blocking of USB mass storage devices. Using the Tableau IMager (TIM), transfer speeds up to 90% of the native USB device rates were measured.
The T8-R2 includes several new product enhancements. Switchable power is controlled thru a reliable, membrane ON/OFF switch. When switched ON, USB bus power has been increased (up to 1.5 amps) to drive a wider range of USB storage devices.
The T8-R2 works with USB thumb drives, external USB disk drives, more exotic devices like Apple iPod's ® with USB interfaces, even USB-based cameras with card-reader capability.
T8-R2 supports both USB 2.0 and FireWire400 connections to a host computer, permitting flexible operation with the full range of forensic hosts and existing software tools. Detailed device information such as manufacturer, model, capacity, serial number may be viewed through the built-in LCD user interface.
T35es-SATA
The T35es eSATA Forensic Bridge offers more native host computer and device connection options than any other write-blocker available today. With the T35es in your forensic toolkit, you'll have a robust and reliable forensic bridge with four different host interface connections (eSATA, FireWire 800, FireWire 400, and USB), and two device-side connections (SATA and IDE).
The T35es is the first Tableau bridge with an eSATA host connection. The eSATA interface will allow forensic practitioners to acquire images of SATA and IDE subject drives at a faster rate than FireWire 800.
Tableau T9 FireWire

New from Tableau
write-block and image FireWire external storage drives as well as MACs (booted in target disk mode).
Host interface FW800/400 or USB2
Tableau's Forensic FireWire Bridge offers secure, hardware write-blocking for FireWire storage devices. The T9 supports FireWire800 (1394B) and FireWire400 (1394A) storage devices which use the SBP-2 (Serial Bus Protocol-2) storage protocol. The T9 works universally with external FireWire hard disks, FireWire RAIDs, older Apple iPods with FireWire interfaces, and other FireWire storage devices.
Notably, the T9 can be used to image Apple desktop and notebook computers booted in Target Disk Mode. Target Disk Mode is a special boot mode unique to Apple computers in which the computer emulates one or more SBP-2 FireWire storage devices. Using the Tableau T9 in combination with Apple's Target Disk Mode makes it possible to acquire forensic images from Apple computers without disassembling the computers, saving forensic examiners considerable time and risk.
The T9 offers FireWire and USB host interface options similar to its sister product, Tableau's T8 USB Bridge. However, while the T8 offers a FireWire400 connection to the host computer, the faster architecture of the newer T9 offers a FireWire800 connection to the host computer, allowing much faster imaging speeds (see footnote).
And, like the Tableau T8, the T9 incorporates an LCD user interface. The T9 uses the interface to present drive and status information at a glance and to prompt the user for input in multi-LUN situations.

T3458is Forensic SATA/SCSI/IDE/USB Combo Bridge

The T3458is is the latest integrated OEM forensic bridge from Tableau. Supports write-blocked acquisitions of four different types of storage media: SATA, SCSI, IDE, and USB.
The T3458is mounts in one 5.25" half-height drive bay at the front of a forensic workstation and connects to the host computer via one FireWire 800 and one SATA (optional) host connection. When both SATA and FireWire ports are connected to the host, the T3458is provides intelligent, redundant data transfers. Like all other Tableau products, firmware updates are performed over the FireWire host connection which offers a quick and seamless firmware upgrade experience.
The T3458is customers have the option to purchase the adapter package, which adds the following Tableau drive adapters to the base package: IDE 1.8" and 2.5" (TDA5-18, TDA5-25), IDE ZIF (TDA5-ZIF), and microSATA (TDA3-1).
As with all Tableau write-blockers, the T3458is automatically defeats HPA and detects DCO regions on IDE and SATA drives. Tableau firmware updates and the Tableau Disk Monitor software are included.

Tableau T2 Power Switch

The Tableau T2 is an updated and improved version of Tableau's earlier T1 power switch.
The T2 sits inline between a Tableau TP1 power supply (or a standard PC power supply) and a device (e.g., a hard disk) and switches +5VDC and +12VDC. Using the T2, you can safely connect and disconnect a device from a power supply without having to turn OFF the power supply. The T2 also includes LEDs to indicate whether voltage is present on either or both sides of the switch
